Application Process for the Angels Program
If you or a loved one would like to participate in the Angels Program, please follow the application process outlined below. This program aims to match spinal cord injury patients with professional students who can provide support and assistance while living with the patient's family.
Application Requirements
Submit the information along with any relevant medical records or documents that support your application.
The application will be reviewed by the Strength and Faith Foundation team.
If necessary, an interview with the patient and their family may be scheduled to gather more information and understand the family dynamics.
Commitment
By participating in the Angels Program, the family agrees to:
- Maintain a respectful and collaborative relationship with the Angel.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for the Angel during their stay.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the Angel.
